Moving boxes
Banana boxes are a classic aid in moving, but as the name implies, they are meant for carrying bananas.
Banana boxes are difficult to stack, cannot always hold the weight of the packed goods, and are difficult to carry.
Moving boxes made of cardboard or plastic, on the other hand, are durable packing boxes designed specifically for moving. Proper moving boxes make loading the moving truck quick and easy and allow you to use the cargo space much more efficiently. Moving boxes should be packed in such a way that other boxes can be stacked on top of them. Therefore, you should leave about three centimetres of clearance at the top. Boxes that contain delicate items should be labelled as “fragile”.
