The customers’ business and personal data is processed in accordance with
section 8(1), paragraphs 1, 2, 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Act.

The data file contains the following information:
– Customer information: company name, contact details (e.g. address,
telephone number, and email address)

Personal data is collected directly from customers with their consent
(Section 8(1), paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Act).

6. Security principles
The data file can only be accessed by individuals who need access to personal data
to carry out their work.

6.1 Electronic material
The data system is protected by usernames and passwords on the service provider’s secure
server.

7. Principles of transparency in accordance with section 24 of the Personal Data Act

7.1. Right of access and rectification
The customer has the right to access the personal data collected about them in the
data file. The request to access the data
must be submitted in writing and signed by the customer. If
the data file contains information that is inaccurate or incomplete, the customer may submit a written request for rectification.
